PanamaRE, operated by InmoTech Panamá, is a subscription-based technology platform designed for licensed real estate agents, brokers, real estate agencies, property developers, and other approved real estate industry participants.
The Platform enables users to publish property listings and access digital tools, marketing services, and other platform features.
Users may access any available free plan or trial period under the conditions published on the Platform. Purchasing a paid subscription constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew according to the billing period selected by the user unless canceled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and cancellation settings.
Due to the digital nature of the services provided by PanamaRE:
PanamaRE may consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

If a refund request is approved, PanamaRE will attempt to process the refund using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer involved.
Users are encouraged to contact PanamaRE before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in suspension or termination of the associated account while the dispute is under review.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect access to services already paid for during the current billing period.
