Altos del Maria, Panama West · Single Family House · ID #4396
The Glass House is the most prominent house in the top-class mountain gated community, dominating the entrance and with views to the ocean and the mountains. It has recently been totally overhauled and renovated and now presents itself again in its former splendour.
It sits on three large lots and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a large living room, study and kitchen, all with an open-floor plan. In addition, there is a large outdoor living room to take full advantage of the year-round spring-like weather, a pool with spa and very impressive views.
A distant ocean view can be enjoyed from the property, and because of the many windows to take advantage of the breathtaking views, the property has an abundance of natural lighting.
The Glass House also has separate maid’s quarters and bath as well as a separate caretaker’s cottage with storage. There is a garage with carport and a gazebo as well.
The property is over 1.5 acres in size and has 565 m2 of living space including a small casita measuring 35 m2, the garage and carport of approximately 50 m2.
Altos del María is a safe and beautiful gated community in the mountains above Coronado. Just a 90-minute drive from Panama City and 30 minutes from Coronado where you will find beaches, golf courses, an equestrian centre, a hospital, doctors, vets, high-class restaurants and three shopping malls with a recently-opened Riba Smith.
