The developer reserves the right to apply up to a 5% adjustment for material cost increases and a maximum 5% variation in the final unit size. The 30% down payment is structured with 10% payable upon contract signing and the remaining balance in installments agreed upon with the client, to be completed by June 30, 2027. The remaining 70% balance will be supported by a Promise Letter to be delivered in January 2027.
