Designed by Arosemena & Way Architects, Passage is a landmark of the Panama Canal heritage architecture. Integrating the contemporary essence of 4 residential buildings with the natural surroundings of the canal area.
The Architecture of the Panama Canal perfectly adjusted to the warm climate. It uses natural elements to generate shade and to keep the areas refreshed in the tropics. These customed “know-how” were incorporated into the architectural design of Passage and the Amador area which allows it to be sustainable for next generations.
Passage merges a tropical, biodiverse and sustainable landscaping with over 30 native and natural species from the Canal Zone.
Enchanting pathways invite all residents and visitors to explore and experience the benefits connecting with nature. Outdoor spaces are designed to foster social interactions, well-beings featuring areas for recreational activities, relaxation and disconnection.
