In addition there is a floating dock with a led illumination walkway. The floating dock needs to be replaced due to age however the concrete dock walkway leading to tidal walkway is new and covered with luxury Coralline tiles, complete lighting system from dockside to restaurant with led lights and partial stain steel railing, three concrete block dockside storage rooms with electric doors and three chamber septic system have been built for 8 additional cabins. The electricity is municipal and comes from the mainland and is backed up by a diesel / electric generator which covers the entire property. Two crystal-clear wells supply the water.
