The complex was build between 2012 /2013 and enjoys a wide portfolio of customers and exellent reviews on booking. Com and TripAdvisor, etc. It is linked to the municipal waterworks and has a 5000 litre tank. The entire area is fitted with higth speed wi fi internet conexion and it is fully furnished.

The owners are selling the business with licenses and all the necessary permits. The three bungalows could also be rented on a long term basis. The business is registered and approved by the Ministery of Tourism and is tax exempt.

The location is advantageous both for a commercial operation, but is also ideal to be used as a private residence. It offeres a spectacolar view to the mountains and sits on the main road to Las Lajas, 1.5 km from the Panamericana highway and 10 min from the beach, wich is know as one of the most beautiful and safest beaches on the entire Pacific coast of Panama.

The panamanian highway, now has four lanes and provides a 60 min access to David ( the second most important city in the country) and one of slightly more to Boquete.
