{"id":858,"date":"2024-09-10T19:55:24","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T19:55:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/?p=858"},"modified":"2024-09-16T19:56:10","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T19:56:10","slug":"actualizacion-de-la-normativa-de-la-ley-ph","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/es\/actualizacion-de-la-normativa-de-la-ley-ph\/","title":{"rendered":"Actualizaci\u00f3n de la normativa de la Ley PH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial (Miviot) estar\u00e1 actualizando la normativa que rige la propiedad horizontal seg\u00fan lo anunciado en el Congreso de Propiedad Horizontal y la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Expo PH 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ley actual contiene 125 art\u00edculos y resalta temas prioritarios como el Fondo de Emergencia, que ayuda a las unidades inmobiliarias a enfrentar una situaci\u00f3n que no estaba contemplada; y la introducci\u00f3n de la realizaci\u00f3n de la Asamblea de Propietarios a trav\u00e9s de medios tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan Frank Osorio, viceministro de Ordenamiento Territorial del Miviot, ya se han emitido m\u00e1s de 100 resoluciones en el primer semestre de 2024, facilitando as\u00ed el registro de miles de unidades inmobiliarias lo que aporta significativamente a la recaudaci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 que la meta para el Miviot es promover el bienestar y el desarrollo de todas las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un informe reciente, la Direcci\u00f3n de PH report\u00f3 una recaudaci\u00f3n de $103,039.94 en los primeros meses de este segundo semestre de 2024, por las incorporaciones a este r\u00e9gimen de vivienda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial (Miviot) estar\u00e1 actualizando la normativa que rige la propiedad horizontal seg\u00fan lo anunciado en el Congreso de Propiedad Horizontal y la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Expo PH 2024.
