{"id":519,"date":"2022-03-07T15:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T15:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/?p=519"},"modified":"2022-03-09T15:12:43","modified_gmt":"2022-03-09T15:12:43","slug":"ley-de-arrendamiento-inmobiliario-bajo-revision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/es\/ley-de-arrendamiento-inmobiliario-bajo-revision\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Arrendamiento Inmobiliario bajo revisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pmacityestate-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-520\" width=\"226\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pmacityestate-1.jpg 594w, https:\/\/www.panama-real-estate.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pmacityestate-1-300x237.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autoridades del Ministerio de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial (Miviot), y otras entidades paname\u00f1as participaron en sesi\u00f3n directa para revisar y aclarar algunos conceptos del decreto que reglamenta la Ley N\u00b0 179 de 16 de noviembre de 2020 conocida como \u201cArrendamiento Inmobiliario\u201d , que regula la actividad de arrendamiento financiero de bienes inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los informes relacionados con el inventario dentro del sector inmobiliario en Panam\u00e1, estiman un aproximado de $7.000 millones entre locales comerciales, apartamentos y casas, as\u00ed como proyectos y megaproyectos construidos o en construcci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo principal es revisar y aclarar las observaciones, conceptos y opiniones presentadas por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) a algunos art\u00edculos del decreto que reglamenta la Ley 179 y lograr en otra reuni\u00f3n la aprobaci\u00f3n de un documento final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Laurentino Cortiz, sancion\u00f3 la Ley N\u00b0 179 de 16 de noviembre de 2020 conocida como \u201cArrendamiento Inmobiliario\u201d, que regula la actividad de arrendamiento financiero de inmuebles y que fue promulgada en la Gaceta Oficial N\u00b0 29155-TO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma contiene cap\u00edtulos VII y 55 art\u00edculos, y contempla aspectos legales, disposiciones, normas t\u00e9cnicas, reglamento, regulaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como incentivos para el sector inmobiliario, arrendadores financieros y regula el arrendamiento financiero de inmuebles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>actividad de arrendamiento financiero de bienes inmuebles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-519","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-bienes-raices"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
