Si actualmente debe impuestos sobre la propiedad, puede aprovechar esta moratoria para evitar pagar intereses o recargos. Para algunos propietarios, esto podr\u00eda potencialmente ahorrar miles de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuda total debe cancelarse para que se apliquen los beneficios de la moratoria. La fecha l\u00edmite para cumplir con este acuerdo de pago ser\u00e1 de dos a\u00f1os, sin que se agreguen intereses o recargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El propietario debe actualizar la informaci\u00f3n de la propiedad a trav\u00e9s de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anati.gob.pa\/\">Autoridad Nacional de Tierras<\/a> (ANATI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasas de impuestos actuales: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tasas de impuestos para las residencias familiares primarias:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0% para viviendas valoradas en $ 120,000.00<br>0.5% para hogares valorados entre $ 120,000 y $ 700,000<br>0.7% para viviendas valoradas en m\u00e1s de $ 700,000.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas nuevas tasas impositivas se han aplicado desde el 1 de enero de 2019. Esto se debe a que, antes de esa fecha, los due\u00f1os de propiedades hab\u00edan presentado al Departamento de Impuestos sus declaraciones juradas sobre su &#8220;residencia principal&#8221; o &#8220;hogar familiar&#8221; para establecerla como la residencia. Que reciba estas nuevas tarifas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, un propietario con m\u00e1s de una propiedad ser\u00e1 elegible para estas nuevas tasas de impuestos solo en su residencia principal. Las siguientes tarifas se aplican a fin de semana o casas de vacaciones, propiedades de inversi\u00f3n, alquiler, comerciales o industriales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0% &#8211; menos de $ 30,000 (esto permanece igual)<br>0.6% para propiedades valoradas entre $ 30,000 y $ 250,000<br>0.8% de propiedades valoradas entre $ 250,000 y $ 500,000<br>1.0% para propiedades valoradas en m\u00e1s de $ 500,000.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso para las propiedades en el rango m\u00e1s alto, esto es una reducci\u00f3n de la tasa impositiva m\u00e1s alta existente en las propiedades del 2.1%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El per\u00edodo de moratoria para los impuestos a la propiedad finaliza el 30 de junio de 2019.
